Can you copy a picture I send?
Share the details you like in a reference photograph. We can discuss an original design that suits your space, size and preferences.
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the frame, the fabric and the queue in the workshop. We give a written window with the quotation rather than a single number for every sofa.
Do you deliver outside the workshop city?
Share your city and any access details, such as stairs or narrow doorways. We will confirm delivery availability and charges with your quotation.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are confirmed in your written quotation before you decide to proceed.
Can I change fabric or size on a gallery piece?
That is the usual path. The gallery shows a built example; your custom order is the same family of construction, redrawn.
